Will the chocolates melt in transit?
The chocolates are packed with protective wrapping inside the box. In very hot weather they can soften a little, but they're fine to eat once cooled. If anything arrives damaged, email us with an unboxing video.

Yes. They're genuine Cadbury products bought from authorised distributors, and every hamper is packed with stock well within its best-before date.
What is the jewellery made of?
It's fashion jewellery (alloy / artificial). Keep it away from water, perfume and sweat so it stays shiny longer.
What if my hamper arrives damaged or something is missing?
Email support@thetohfastore.com within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and photos. Once we've reviewed it, we'll send a replacement or a refund.
Can I send it directly to someone as a gift?
