Welcome to TheTohfaStore. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Our service

We create personalized digital gift pages using the name, message, photos and song link that you provide. After payment, we deliver a private link to your gift page by email and WhatsApp.

2. Your content

  • You must own, or have permission to use, all photos, text and music links you send us.
  • You must not send content that is illegal, hateful, abusive, obscene, or that harms or harasses anyone.
  • Photos of other people must be shared only with their permission.
  • We may refuse or remove any content or gift page that breaks these rules, and in that case we may cancel the order.

3. Music

Songs are played through links to third-party services such as YouTube. We do not own or sell any music. The availability of a song depends on the third-party service.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices and offers may change at any time. Payments are processed by Razorpay. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment method you use belongs to you.

5. Delivery

Your gift page is delivered digitally as a private link to the email address and WhatsApp number you give us. Please make sure these details are correct. Delivery time may vary and we will do our best to deliver as quickly as we can.

6. Refunds and cancellations

Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy. It forms part of these terms.

7. Private links

Anyone with your gift link can view your gift page. You are responsible for who you share the link with.

8. Our rights

The design, layout, brand name and website content of TheTohfaStore belong to us. You may not copy or resell them without our written permission. You keep the rights to your own photos and messages.

9. Limit of liability

We work hard to give you a great gift page, but we provide the service "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
