- Order details: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and billing details you give us at checkout.
- Gift content: the recipient's name, your personal message, photos and a song link that you send us to build the gift page.
- Technical data: basic information such as your device, browser and pages visited, collected through cookies to keep the website working and to improve it.
We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
2. How we use your information
- To process your order and create your gift page.
- To send your private gift link and order updates by email and WhatsApp.
- To answer your questions and give support.
- To prevent fraud and keep our website safe.
3. Who we share it with

Your gift page is available only to people who have its private link. Please share the link only with people you trust. Anyone who has the link can view the page.

We keep gift content for as long as your gift page is live, and order records for as long as needed for accounting and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your gift page and data by writing to support@thetohfastore.com.
